We are unsure as to why the Buck slip references the parcel TSN 5307000112 when none of the documents address any development on this parcel. Please clarify. If any development of this parcel is anticipated, additional comments may be generated.

In general, due to the fact that this parcel is in close proximity to the closed landfill, please assure that all developed flow is directed away from the closed landfill.

At this time there appears to be no proposed direct access to Templeton Gap. If any direct access is intended to be onto Templeton Gap, the County would want the City to take over the last remaining section of County owned road at the north end of Templeton Gap. 		12/10/2019 12:37:04 PM
