Please re upload your application, when asking for reversal of the previous application it looks like the site plan was accidentally uploaded to the application document. see review comments from 1/21/2020 4:26:29 PM. 7/20/2020 4:32:52 PM

A driveway access permit is required for this site. The application may be obtained through the EDARP process. Once obtained, please upload into this project for your records.

After reading the "Customer Traffic" section on the letter of intent PCD Engineering request this further information: Please clarify how many trips you anticipate per day on the peak days for the use proposed. Please note that one vehicle coming in the site and leaving the site is two trips. In general count how many vehicles would enter the site on a peak day, then multiply by 2 for the number of trips (assuming they would leave out in the morning and return that evening that would be two trips). Please do this for the anticipated added vehicles, do not include your personal home trips in this calculation. The letter of intent should call out the "additional" trips anticipated for the proposed use.

Please show on the site plan where these vehicles will park, and confirm in the letter of intent that the additional disturbance will not exceed one (1) acre.
