Verification of building permit for the accessory structure is needed. Clarification is needed to ensure the permit is for a structure used for a commercial business.

-the hardship indicated in the letter of intent is based upon the home and not the commercial use. The home is an allowed use in the zoning district, however, the commercial use is not. Please include greater justification for a hardship as the application will be approved/denied based upon that.
-the letter of intent includes that mitigation of offsite impacts is not applicable. Offsite impacts could include traffic, visual, and noise. Please address.
-the Code would require a solid privacy fence around the entire site. The site plan does not depict a solid fence. You will either need to request an alternative in association with a revised site plan or revise the proposal. If an alternative is proposed you need to provide screening by other means and provide justification.
