It appears as if the construction of this structure may impact the downstream properties with the change in (storm water) drainage characteristics.

Mitigation should be provided to minimize the direct connection of impervious areas, and minimize any adverse impacts to these downstream properties.

Please show on the site plan the anticipated drainage patterns and confirm that no adverse impact to the downstream properties will occur.
