Drainage comment, only, as follows: Comment Provided By Elizabeth Nijkamp, 719-520-7852 The Final Drainage report states that this site drains to the cottonwood basin. There was a basin transfer done many years ago that diverted the Cottonwood Creek portion of the flow from the east side of Tutt to the Sand Creek Basin. EPC does not believe that flow from this site enters the Cottonwood Basin, unless it is piped there before it crosses Dublin. The FDR should follow this flow to confirm it crosses Tutt which would then allow it to cross Powers to flow into the Cottonwood Creek Basin.
