Review 2 redline comments on the following documents will be uploaded by the project manager: * Grading and Erosion Control (GEC) Plan * GEC Checklist * SWMP Checklist Note: Minor comments remain. Address remaining comments and resubmit engineering documents with all necessary owner signature and engineer stamp/signature. On the drainage letter engineer statement, the engineer must include their PE stamp with signature and date of signature through the stamp. All sheets on the GEC must have the PE stamp with signature and date of signature through the stamp. All landscaping and parking lot striping is required to be installed and completed before a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued. |
