* SWMP Checklist

Note: Minor comments remain. Address remaining comments and resubmit engineering documents with all necessary owner signature and engineer stamp/signature. On the drainage letter engineer statement, the engineer must include their PE stamp with signature and date of signature through the stamp. All sheets on the GEC must have the PE stamp with signature and date of signature through the stamp.

.MVEA does not allow joint trench with telecommunications facilities.
.MVEA will place each consumer’s transformer within their parcel, not along common lot lines.

General comments:
Be sure to check all redlines, revise, and resubmit

When approved, a pre-construction meeting will need to be scheduled with inspections prior to any ground disturbance. You can contact Brad Walters and bradwalters@elpasoco.com. Fees and collateral will be due at the time of that meeting.

All landscaping and parking lot striping is required to be installed and completed before a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued.
