Now that your case has been elevated to a public hearing, you will need to provide more specificity in your letter of intent explaining how you address the attached list of special use criteria (per LDC section 5.3.2(C)). I recommend including each bullet item in the letter and a brief description of how your project meets them. It will be beneficial for you when considered in the public hearing before the Planning Commission, and ultimately the Board of County Commissioners, to specify in writing how your projects meets the criteria, rather than simply stating that you have reviewed the criteria.
