Review 1 comments:
1. PUD/Preliminary Plan: Tract F and G are labeled differently on the final plat. Revise to match the final plat or vice versa.

2. The Final Drainage Report and Grading and Erosion Control Plan are currently in review with the final plat application (PCD File No. SF195). These documents must be signed and approved before approval of the PUDSP amendment.

Regarding a request for approval of a minor amendment to a development plan for Gardens and North Carefree, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Enumerations has previously assigned addresses for this project, and the copy we were given to use appears to be the same as the one included in this submittal. Please verify that the lot configuration has not changed since the addresses were provided.

Floodplain has the following comments:

1. Update the floodplain statement to show the current FEMA FIRM panel number and effective date.
