Engineer comments forthcoming. Planning has no comments for SDP as submitted, however, the area of activity to the northeast of the detention pond that is being used as a storage area has still not been identified. Since the applicant has not updated the SDP to reflect the outdoor storage and disturbance area, this area is not a part of any approval, and use should cease in the area. Continued use of this area will result in a violation of the an approved Site Development Plan and will prevent future building permits from being obtained and/or Code Enforcement action against the property. |
