1. Discrepancy with the grading plan for the golf course. Site plan notes "Future Golf Course" vs grading plan which notes "Existing conc. cart path" and "Existing native berm". Revise to match.

Review 1 comment update: The site is currently covered by the active ESQCP permit for Flying Horse North Filing No. 1. The approved GEC for Filing 1 includes the golf course maintenance site. The owner for the maintenance building is the same as the active permit (PRI #2 LLC). Therefore, the following documents are not required: ESQCP, GEC, FAE, and SWMP. The SWMP administrator shall follow the procedures for revising BMPs and the SWMP as outlined in the SWMP report.

The following documents are required with this project:
-Drainage Letter
-Grading Plan (Grading plan to show existing and proposed contours, proposed culvert construction detail, Finished Flood Elevation, existing BMPs, and reference to the active ESQCP and GEC Plan that covers the FHN Maintenance Building)
