The Code does not require a noise study at time of sketch plan, however, we encourage you to submit one due to the roadway and airport noise potential for this site. It could cause changes in your density or layout that would require coming back to amend the sketch plan again in the future if you postpone the noise study. If you choose to not provide one at this time, a condition of approval will be added that indicates noise study shall be required at time of preliminary plan. |

FMIC has previously submitted comments for the Trails @ Aspen Ridge that included a portion of this Waterview North Sketch Plan. Comments for this development plan addressed drainage issues impacting FMIC's Big Johnson Reservoir.
