Bubble comment on title page regarding easements and floodplain is still shown and has not been addressed. You need to remove and address this comment - we cannot approve a site plan with markups still present. Please upload a clean plan set to forward to PCD Director for approval. 1/26/2021 2:23:22 PM

Comments provided by Elizabeth Nijkamp, Engineering Manager. Please call 719-237-7206 if you have any questions.

Per my conversation with a representative of the camp please add to the Letter of Intent that your new construction will not exceed an acre of disturbance.

Per the previous submittal comment, please address the comment from AL1931: "the site plan will need to identify which structures are existing and which are proposed. Of the ones identified as existing please call out which ones were constructed since February 2008. This should include access drives, parking, and trails (anything that changed or removed the vegetation permanently)." A note was included estimating 6,360 SD (I assume it meant square feet), but the comment asked for the applicant to please label on the map all structures, access drives, parking, and trails, etc. (anything that changed or removed the vegetation permanently).

Due to the nature of the comments, the resubmittal shall be treated as a first review.

Per our discussion on 1/2/20, several changes are needed to the plan. Please see attached redline plan from discontinued Special Use permit application for reference. Applicant will likely need to submit a request for alternative standards for landscaping, as well as parking. PCD Project Manager will coordinate with PCD Director on feasibility of alternative measures. 1/3/2020 8:31:21 AM

Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan for Eagle Lake Camp, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. New structures which will require a building permit will be assigned separate addresses. The applicant should contact Enumerations prior to submitting building plans so that an address can be established to use to submit plans.

Floodplain has no comment
