Review comments provided by: Jack Patton jackpatton@elpasoco.com (719) 505-7951 Per the previous submittal comment, please address the comment from AL1931: "the site plan will need to identify which structures are existing and which are proposed. Of the ones identified as existing please call out which ones were constructed since February 2008. This should include access drives, parking, and trails (anything that changed or removed the vegetation permanently)." A note was included estimating 6,360 SD (I assume it meant square feet), but the comment asked for the applicant to please label on the map all structures, access drives, parking, and trails, etc. (anything that changed or removed the vegetation permanently). Due to the nature of the comments, the resubmittal shall be treated as a first review. |

Applicant will likely need to submit a request for alternative standards for landscaping, as well as parking.
