Rad: We have no further comments regarding this application. Our review of November 19, 2019, still stands since we have seen no direct response to it from EPC or the developer.
Thanks.

everything looks complete except for very minor changes to the site development plan.

- Change the outside storage parking lots back to original configuration on the 1st submittal.
- Dimensions for building D are required as it is to remain.
- Dimensions of parking spaces for costumer parking are required.

I will be working on approvals for everything else in the meantime. -Rad Dickson

Enumerations: Most of question below were ask in 2016 and did not hear back, then again in April of 2018. Again have not heard back.

1. What is the address to the existing shop to be demolished?

2. Comments from El Paso Teller 9-11 Authority from May of 2016, stated that; We show Davidson Street as the access adjacent to Monument Lake Road; not sure if that was all one parcel when Davidson was assigned. (Connie Chavez) Please contact Justin Annan who works for El Paso Teller 9-11 Authority now.

3. Is the address to all buildings proposed to be demolished, 433 Mitchell Ave? Please clarify for demo permits.

4. All commercial buildings that require a permit will be assigned an address separate from all other addresses. Contact this department for address. Amy@pprbd.org

5. Parcel to the west of the proposed Small Engine Storage is addressed as 453 Mitchell Road. Mitchell Road runs north/south and does not extend to either property. The proposed project will not be addressed from Mitchell Ave. If the access is not already named Davidson Road, I believe the access should be named or addressed from N Monument Lake Road not Mitchell.

Floodplain has no comment.
