For residential use, no address required. A permit for the work is required to be in place for RBD recorders. 10/21/2019 8:35:20 AM

It appears that the structure is within the 10 feet side lot public utility and drainage easement. Provide a statement in the letter of intent discussing the easement and verify that the drainage to the adjacent properties will not be affected by the setback variance.

Thank you,

Hey Lindsay,

CSU has no apparent conflicts for the subject application, and approval is recommended. Let me know if you need anything further from me.

Thanks,

Ryne

If the structure in question will be used for commercial use and is not being used as an agricultural building, an address will be assigned and a permit after the fact will be required. Was this building built prior to Regional Building requiring permits with the county?
Please clarify.
