Hanover Fire Department has no issue with project. The only issue that we see is the dedicated bus parking. The parking will need to be in a location where emergency vehicles will have access and egress with out having to move any other vehicles to do so. 6/8/2020 4:58:21 PM

Site Plan - Site plan is not the final action. A final site development will be required (to scale).

Application: The appropriate box needs to to be checked in the left hand column and the description of request needs to state that you are pursuing a Special Use Permit for an Agritainment use.

Letter of Intent: Remove the section stating that you are only 5 acres short of being inherently zoned as A-35 as that is incorrect. Also, remove the statement claiming that you are requesting a rezone. Include anticipated car parking and attendees/frequencies and hours of operation of events. Explain how you are addressing wastewater and water for the use. Please state the number of employees and/or staff. Please indicate the total estimated land disturbance for your proposal and address the average daily trips your site will generate. Each visit counts as two trips.

Mineral Rights: No Comments

Vicinity/Location Map: do not duplicate upload your Site Plan. The vicinity map should be a non satellite image clearly showing the major roadways in the area. it should have the site marked and should include a north arrow.

Site Plan: Should show the address of the property and the zoning of the property. Both proposed and existing areas on the site plan shall be dimensioned eg buildings, parking spaces, petting zoo areas, goat pen, ect. You need to show the size of parking spaces and where customers and employees will park and show the number of total spaces provided. Show how access to the parking lot is possible.

EDARP (https://epcdevplanreview.com/), is a fully transparent website where you are able to view all submitted plans. I suggest searching for projects under the file type PPR (Site Development Plans) and viewing approved plans to use as templates. please call me with any questions you may have.

1. Any fencing over 7’ will require an address and permit. How tall is the fencing that is proposed?
2. Any structure used for this business will be considered as commercial and will require a separate address from the main home.
3. Label the home on the site plan.
4. Most of this plan is difficult to read. Please make clearer and resubmit. Label structures to be used for the business.
