A what point in the process of constructing the Sterling Ranch waste water line & system will the streets Marksheffell Road & Cowpoke Road be built out for direct access? 2. If Marksheffell Road & Cowpoke Road will not be built out right away the address will be assigned from Vollmer Road and be required an official address change once the access roads were built. If this is the case show the preliminary access to the site so that an address can be assigned. 3. STANDARD ENUMERATIONS COMMENTS-FINAL PLAT: 1. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to plat for address placement, street names and title block. 2. $10.00 per lot & tract platting fee will be due at the time of the review of the mylar (2 addresses per lot & tract). If an address is not needed on a tract then no fee applies. Check should be made out to PIKES PEAK REGIONAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT or PPRBD. Paid directly to the Enumerations Department. 3. A copy of the final recorded plat is required prior to plan submittal for RESIDENTIAL.
