It appears all comments have been addressed. There is one minor comment on the Final Plat Drawings. In the Lower Right Corner of page one the PCD File number has a VR in front of the SF 19-017. That VR should be removed as it is not part of the file number. You can then submit Mylar drawings for signature and a check for recording fees. Recording fees for this will be $13/sheet of mylars.

Prior to being able to sign the mylars and approve, we need zero balance tax certificates from the County Treasurer's office for each of the three lots showing $0 property tax balance.

Prior to approval, we will need the following:
1. Updated or endorsed title commitment to demonstrate the land has not changed configuration or ownership prior to approval of the final plat. If it has changed configuration (purchase from Piasecki to other owner has already occurred, this will update title work in our system for this approval.
2. Zero balance property tax certification for all three parcels.
3. Please resubmit final plat drawing for review once more so we can verify revisions have been made prior to requesting Mylar.

Final Plat Sheet 3 - to comply with LDC Section 7.2.5(C)(3)(b), please rename the proposed lots to Lot 6A and 7A.

Some of the distances on the bearing lines describing the drainage easement cutting across the parcels are slighting off from what was approved on the original plat. Please clarify why this discrepancy.

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Cathedral Pines Fil. No. 8 , Enumerations has the following comments:

1. With this replat, Lot 1 will retain the use of the address of the existing residence of 4820 Foxchase Way. Lot 2 will retain the address of the existing residence of 4940 Foxchase Way. These addresses must appear on the plat in the appropriate locations.
2. Enumerations will review the mylar as usual for addressing, title block, street names and floodplain statement prior to recording. No Enumerations fee will be due at the time of mylar review since all addresses are existing.


Floodplain has no comment.
