Staff has no further comments associated with this 1041 permit application. Staff will begin crafting the permit and requesting the Director to approve the permit administratively. Please feel free to follow up on the status with staff next week. Please note: no additional inquires have been made by any community members after the open house.

Please contact staff so that we can set up the site development plan application in EDARP with the appropriate consultant.

Note: a revised drainage report was not received and the GEC plan appears to be missing standard notes and needs to include the entire area of disturbance; these items are to be addressed with the site development plan submittals.

1. As stated 11-18-19; temporary address is 9167 Mohawk Road- 52000-00-362, a separate address will be assigned to the temp construction-do not use the substation address for the construction trailer or power to build substation. An address change will be required once the permanent road is build. 2. Note: Access easement from residence 8450 & 8515 Mohawk Road north then directly east past Pawnee Rancheros Su No 1, to parcel location 52000-00-362 to the north.
3. According to comments from El Paso/Teller County E-9-1-1 Authority, Glenn West, Access is to be off an existing road with a temp private drive. What is the name for this temp private drive. The address Enumerations assigned in comments above 11-18-20 may need to change.

Water Quality
The applicant must comply with all applicable water quality rules and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining a stormwater discharge permit if construction activities disturb one acre or more of land or if they are part of a larger common plan of development that will disturb one or more acres of land. In determining the area of construction disturbance, CDPHE’s Water Quality Control Division (WQCD) looks at the entire plan, including disturbances associated with utilities, pipelines or roads constructed to serve the facility.
