All planning comments are addressed. I need no further information from you regarding this project. I am awaiting response from Mountain View regarding the public utility easement that runs along the lot line to be vacated to ensure they have no issues. The first exhibit you provided did not show the easement to be vacated there as well as the lot line so I had to run it back by them. As soon as I get a response, permitted they have no issues with the easement being vacated, I will take this to the planning director for final review and hopefully approval. 8/27/2019 6:29:39 PM

The purpose of this plat is to vacate an interior lot line rather than an entire plat. It appears the incorrect checklist was provided when project was set up. I sincerely apologize for this and have attached the corrected checklist. All items shown on the plan that you have submitted should transfer to the larger plat you need to prepare for the application.
