Elevations - We can accept photos in lieu of elevation drawings for the barn. Please upload photos of all four sides and ensure they are not to dark to be viewed easily. Thanks! 8/27/2019 7:47:12 PM

Letter of Intent is customized for each project type and is separate from the neighbor notification letters. You can use the neighbor notification letter that you uploaded as a starting point. This letter of intent does not need to include the special use criteria that I asked for in the other Letter of Intent for that project.

Please address the letter of intent to: Craig Dossey Executive Director of Planning and Community Development

Add the PCD File Number: PPR-19-027

Indicate whether there will or will not be additional grading or other land disturbance that is proposed with this request in the letter of intent.

If you do not desire to provide a landscape plan for the project that provides new landscaping to meet the code requirements, you should include a statement in your letter of intent that indicates you would like to request that the Director allow the existing landscaping on site to be a sufficient alternative to the landscape requirements of the Code because it is already established and drought resistant in a part of the County that has scarce water supply.

Floorplans -
24 x 36 is the default document size for many of our submittal items. This goes back to the time before we reviewed plans digitally. Please disregard the size.

Please either draw in or otherwise label the number of horse stalls on the floor plans.

Again, which structure will retain the address of 14650 Eastonville Road, the house or the office? Label the site plan with the address to indicate. Submit an address change request from our website for the other structure.
Which structures will be used for commercial use, label please so that addresses can be assigned. You are welcome to email me Amy@pprbd.org
