Please include specifically in the letter of intent the size of the lots prior to the adjustment and after the adjustment. Ideally, the "as platted" would also include the size. Staff needs to verify that the lot size is not changing and that this is simply a swap. It appears as though lot 2 will decrease in size, which requires BOA action.

There is a signature for the BoCC on the plat. This is an administrative action which does not require BoCC approval.

Please add the PCD File #VR-19-002 to the bottom right-hand side of the drawing.

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Wyatt-Hinnon Subdivision, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. No addresses will be changing and no new addresses are needed with this plat so Enumerations has no objection. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to recording as per usual. No Enumerations fee will be due at the time of mylar review since all addresses are existing.


Floodplain has no comment or objection.

1. The letter of intent and application indicate that the lot size will be changing as a result of this action. A change in the lot size requires Board of Adjustment action as these parcels are substandard and any increase in the level of non-conformity requires BOA approval. See associated redlines on the plat to further clarify.
2. Please add to the letter of intent the history of the two parcels to verify they were legally created prior to 7/17/72 per statute.
3. Septic data has not been provided for 5645. Please provide.
4. Please add the approx. septic locations to the site plan so we may verify no easements should be established for the septic as part of this approval.
