This is contrary to the Letter of Intent, which states that the Metro District will maintain these facilities. CGS has no objection to the planned development. As shallow groundwater can be problematic in this area, the applicant should be commended for performing a groundwater monitoring program over one year to evaluate fluctuations and depths to groundwater.
We recommend that lot-specific foundation evaluations be conducted prior to construction for each building site as soil and engineering conditions can vary over the filing.

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for The Glen at Widefield Filing No. 11, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. As shown on this plat, Pennycress Dr. is a continuation from as yet un-platted Glen at Widefield Fil. No. 10, and Golden Buffs Dr. continues through to as yet un-platted Glen at Widefield Fil. No. 9 and the area in between filings 9 and 11. In the interest of consistency, Enumerations requests that a large format copy of the entire remaining undeveloped area be provided to be used in assigning addresses. This will allow for consistent addressing throughout the area. Place an (XXXX) on each lot and tract which will need an address.
2. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, title block, street names and floodplain statement. An Enumerations fee of $10 per lot/tract addressed will be due at the time of mylar review.
3. Enumerations will not approve any building plans submitted for review/permit without a copy of the final recorded plat in our records.
