Attached is a petition for inclusion of the subdivision in PID No. 2 for the purpose of partial payment of the EPC Road Impact Fee. If the developer wishes to join the PID, please complete the petition and return, along with a legal description of the entire subdivision in Word. The County Attorney's Office will attempt to schedule the inclusion hearing on the same date as the final plat is heard by the BoCC. If administrative plat approval has been requested, we will try to schedule the inclusion hearing as near to the administrative approval date as possible. The developer and County planner are responsible for keeping the County Attorney's Office informed of these dates. The inclusion must be approved before the plat is recorded. Developer is responsible for reimbursing the County Attorney's Office for the cost of publishing legal notice of the inclusion hearing, which is required by law. 12/2/2019 2:58:06 PM

2) Regarding the Detention Maintenance Agreement, your letter of intent states that that the Metro District will be maintaining the facility. If this is accurate, then please prepare and submit the Agreement template for Metro District maintenance. Exhibit A must be a legal description of Filing 10. Exhibit B must be a legal description, and a depiction if desired, of the easement being granted to the County for access to and inspection of the detention facility. Please make sure when defining the easement that it is adjacent to or has legal access from a public roadway.

1. Per Regional Building Code, section RBC312.8 addresses must appear on plats. Submit a 100 scale copy of the plat to our office for addressing. Place an (xxxx) on all lots and tracts which will require an address, in the location the address will be needed. Once addressing is completed, the addresses will be returned so that they may be placed on the mylar prior to recording.
2. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, title block, street names and floodplain statement. A fee of $10 per lot/tract addressed, payable to Pikes Peak Regional Building Department will be due at the time of mylar review.
3. Provide a copy of the final recorded plat to Enumerations. Approval of any plans submitted for this development will be pending receipt in our office of a copy of the final recorded plat.
