This is located on the south/east side of the track. Please clarify. 2. Currently there is no permit history under 9755 Towner Ave for Sprint/Nextel. Letter of intent stated to upgrade equipment on existing 100’ telecommunications facility. Is this due the comment “existing tower was approved in error”, without zoning approval? Again, no permit history. Since the tower is not on the roof of the school a new address will be assigned. 3. Address will be assign once the above information is made clear.
