11/6/2020 8:56:10 AM 		Regarding a request for approval of a development plan at 840 Northgate Blvd, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The site plan shows the proposed building attached to the existing structures via a hallway. If RBD construction plan reviewers determine at the time of building plan review that this is an addition, rather that a new building, then it will use the existing 840 Northgate Blvd. address. If, however, they determine that it is a separate building, then a new address will be assigned to this building.

10/29/2020 10:48:07 AM 		No apparent conflicts - recommend approval. Per the drawings in the set, I see no proposed utility work. If any connection to CSU water or wastewater were required to gain on-site utilities, an Annexation would be required. Please let me know if there are any questions.
