Site Plan -

Add PCD File Number# ADR-19-015 to the site plan drawing.

Add a north arrow to the site plan sheet and try to fit all the site data that you included on the top sheet onto the corners of the sheet where the site plan is drawn.

We require that site plans for parcels less than 2.5 acres be drawn to scale. Please indicate the scale of the drawing with a numerical and graphic scale. If this one is not drawn to scale, please provide for next submittal.

Site Plan -

Ensure setbacks depicted on the site plan exhibit match what is shown in the code. For the R-T zoning district, the front setback should be 25 feet. For corner lots, the front setback is the one where the driveway access is located (Severy).

Side setback adjacent to Marriot should be 15 feet.

Side setback for lots smaller than 5 acres that are not adjacent to roadway should be 5 feet.

Rear setback 5 feet.

Please ensure these are correctly dimensioned and shown on the site plan.

Specify that the setback relief requested is for the rear setback.

Please address the findings necessary to grant administrative relief in your letter of intent. The criteria can be found in the El Paso County Land Development Code Section 5.5.1(D)(1-2.)
