Review 2: All documents requested with and needing revisions from Review 1 were not provided. A review could not be performed given the incomplete submission. See previous EDARP comments. Please submit all EPC documents in their original form, not pasted onto your company letterhead, as these are standardized County forms that should not be altered. Attached sheets (if relevant) to the end of the EPC forms are acceptable, but please keep them brief. For example, submitting 100 pages with the 3 page SWMP checklist and 26 pages with the 7 page GEC Checklist is unnecessary and excessive. We do not need that much supplementary information. (pending Payment) FYI: The Traffic Study does not mention that the primary route goes through the Ellicott School District School Zone. The beginning times of operations are at approximately the beginning times of the school when the road in that area is congested with students being dropped off and bus traffic. also the area is a 20 MPH zone throughout the day. I would think you would want to try to coordinate the truck traffic times with the school to avoid the congested times of drop off and pick up. |
