Enumerations has the following comments: 1. Previous comments from June of 2020 still apply. 2. All addressing for the new structures will be from Howells Rd. Each of the new structures will require a separate address, with the exception of the cabins and yurts. These will receive a street address that includes all units and each individual unit will use a unit number. 3. The residence currently addressed as 3820 Old Ranch Rd will require an address change since there will no longer be any driveway access to it from Old Ranch Rd. A new address from Howells Rd. will be assigned. Instructions for requesting an address change can be found on the PPRBD website. 4. Submit a detailed copy of this development once the development plan has been approved for address assignment. Once the addresses have been returned they can be used when submitting building plans for permitting.
