Engineering has the following comments:
-In the letter of intent, discuss the anticipated traffic generated by the proposed tower.
-A driveway access permit must be obtained for the proposed access onto Goldfield Road.

Staff recommends utilizing appropriate erosion and Stormwater control measures during construction to prevent sediment runoff offsite.

Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for a stealth cell tower installation, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The applicant should provide a detailed site plan of this location to Enumerations for addressing purposes. The new tower will be assigned an address, and the first carrier to attach to the tower will use this address for their installation. Subsequent carriers will need to contact Enumerations to establish separate addresses for their installations prior to submitting plans for review/permit.


Floodplain has no comment or objection based on the location of this installation shown on the site plan provided.
