2. In compliance with paragraph 8 of the Detention Maintenance Agreement, please provide a copy of Association meeting minutes or other documentation to establish that the Association has approved and adopted the Detention Maintenance Agreement, and amend the covenants to state that the Detention Maintenance Agreement has been adopted as an obligation of the Association and that the Agreement touches and concerns every lot within the subdivision.

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Sanctuary of Peace Filing No. 1, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Addressing for this subdivision has been provided to the applicant. The addresses need to be added to the plat.
2. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to recording for the title block, street names, addressing, and floodplain statement. The Enumerations fee due at the time of mylar review is $10 per lot/tract that was assigned an address. In this case, 27 Lots + 10 Tracts X $10 per lot/tract= $370.

If the developer wishes to include the subdivision in Public Improvement District No. 2, please complete the attached petition in full and submit to the County Attorney's Office, along with a legal description of the subdivision in Word.

State law requires that legal notice of the BoCC hearing to include the property in the PID be published for three weeks. Developer is responsible for reimbursing the County Attorney's Office for the cost of publication.

The inclusion hearing must be held before the plat is recorded and requires 3 weeks of published notice. The County Attorney's Office makes every attempt to schedule the inclusion hearing on the date of BoCC or administrative approval of the plat, or as close thereto as possible. The developer and County Planning are responsible to keep the County Attorney's Office informed of the anticipated plat approval date.
