Per Land Development Code Section 6.2.5(D)(2)(c), a minimum of 1 in every 8 disabled parking spaces shall be designated "van accessible" and provide an 8 foot wide pedestrian access aisle. If only one disabled space is required, it shall be van accessible. Currently the space on your site plan appears to be a standard disabled space that does not provide the 8 foot wide access aisle.
