Per Land Development Code Section 6.2.5(D)(2)(c), a minimum of 1 in every 8 disabled parking spaces shall be designated "van accessible" and provide an 8 foot wide pedestrian access aisle. If only one disabled space is required, it shall be van accessible. Currently the space on your site plan appears to be a standard disabled space that does not provide the 8 foot wide access aisle. Add WWSD signature block to SP Show a 20' utility easement for the water line to the fire hydrant Remove manhole attaching to main SS pipeline, and move monitoring manhole back onto 20' utility easement on the property. You can tap in to the mainline without adding a manhole to it. Add the following details from WWSD standards: - W-8 - S-2- G-6 - S-9 - S-11 - W-11 We will need to see plumbing plans for the office building. |
