Engineering has the following comments: Site Plan - The PCD File Number should be AL198, not PPR1911. Letter of Intent - In Section 4, change the EPC resolution number from 12-382 to resolution number 18-471. The road impact still does not apply to this site, however the resolution has been updated. A driveway access waiver must be obtained for the proposed driveway access location. Please see attached the waiver application, which can be emailed to petrarangel@elpasoco.com once filled out.
