Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan for parcel 54081-02-017, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. This lot was platted with the address of 7218 Cole Vw. On the west side of the parcel and 7204 Cole Vw. on the north side of the parcel. The Assessor shows the address as 7218, but, based on the driveway access, 7204 is the more appropriate address. Enumerations will contact the Assessors’ office when building plans are submitted to update their records to show the address as 7204 cole View. 2. The proposed building seems to be a single tenant building. If this plan changes and a multi-tenant building is constructed, then the building plans submitted for review/permit should include secondary addressing for all tenant spaces based on our secondary addressing guide available on the RBD website.
