Per LDC Sec. 7.2.5, Plat Naming and Number Conventions and Standards, this plat should be named "Bar J-B Acres Filing 2A" (double check to ensure there has not been a replat done in this Filing 2 yet) and the proposed Lot 1 should be renamed to "Lot 6A" and the proposed Lot 2 should be renamed to "Lot 5A." 9/17/2020 8:44:24 AM

Recording hearing will be required to be scheduled after an approval

Title dated with 30 days for both properties, zero balance ad valorem taxes, owners signatures, enumerations sign off, surveyor stamp will all be required at that time.

Please apply for driveway access permits to memorialize the driveway access of the two properties. Per PCD Director the fees can be waived.

Regarding a request for approval of Bar J-B Acres Third Filing, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The addresses for the 2 lots involved will not change with this replat. The current addresses should be shown on the plat in the appropriate locations.
2. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar as per usual.




Floodplain has no comment or objection.
