Per LDC Sec. 7.2.5, Plat Naming and Number Conventions and Standards, this plat should be named "Bar J-B Acres Filing 2A" (double check to ensure there has not been a replat done in this Filing 2 yet) and the proposed Lot 1 should be renamed to "Lot 6A" and the proposed Lot 2 should be renamed to "Lot 5A." | 9/17/2020 8:44:24 AM | |

Recording hearing will be required to be scheduled after an approval Title dated with 30 days for both properties, zero balance ad valorem taxes, owners signatures, enumerations sign off, surveyor stamp will all be required at that time. |
