The proposed 12' x 16' bathroom for the tent site users will require a Colorado Registered Professional Engineer to approve the connection of this structure to any existing approved OWTS, or the installation of a new OWTS designed specifically for the structure. Compliance with the 07July2020 comments attached is also required. No issue with the request for the proposed RV Storage Area. |

Site Plan, see attached. The LOI and Site plan indicate the owner is also residing permanently on the property. This is not allowed. The ADM also does not reference permanent occupancy. This will need to be included in the Letter of Intent and provide justification why 2 caretaker quarters are needed and why they are so close to each other. |
