The 2013 Parks Master Plan does not identify and regional trails in the vicinity of this project. However, the Meridian Road bicycle Route running along Meridian Road and will be accommodated in County right of way. 2/11/2020 7:15:32 AM

1/28/2020 8:41:10 AM 		Please note: The comment that engineering is referencing regarding drainage is a result of the unauthorized drainage diversion completed by Challenger Homes, Dean Blazek at the time filing 1 residential was constructed, routing the drainage north of Bentgrass Drive and out to Meridian in lieu of through the overall property. The solution to avoid drainage improvements at the intersection may be to redirect that drainage north of Bentgrass Drive so the CFS at the intersection of Bentgrass and Meridian is reduced to what it was when the drainage improvements were discussed years ago. 1/28/2020 8:41:10 AM
