Colorado Dept. of Transportation staff comments are as follows:
The subject property has Access Permits in place for the Corvette Center and Cactus Creek Ranch, no additional access will be granted, no new improvements will be needed. The existing and proposed variance is documented in the Access Permits existing and if there is a significant change in use or new use of the property/parcels a new Access Permit will need to be applied for.

Regarding a request for approval of a variance of use for parcel 57000-00-104, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Since no new structures are proposed, Enumerations has no objection to the use variances. However, the survey should show the addresses assigned to each of the individual structures.

Floodplain has the following comments:

1. New FEMA FIRM panels recently became effective for El Paso County. The floodplain boundaries don’t appear to have changed with the new maps, but, the floodplain statement needs to be updated to show the current information: panel number 08041C1160G with an effective date of December 7, 2018.
