Enumerations/Floodplain has the following comments:

1. Contact Enumerations for addressing. Amy@pprbd.org
2. STANDARD FINAL PLAT COMMENTS:

ENUMERATIONS/FLOODPLAIN WILL REVIEW THE MYLAR PRIOR TO PLAT FOR ADDRESS PLACEMENT, ROAD NAMING, TITLE BLOCK, & FLOODPLAIN STATEMENT.

$10.00 PER LOT & TRACT FEE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF THE REVIEW OF THE MYLAR. IF AN ADDRESS IS NOT NEEDED ON A TRACT THEN NO FEE APPLIES. CHECK SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO PIKES PEAK REGIONAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT. PAID DIRECTLY TO ENUMERATIONS DEPARTMENT.

A COPY OF THE FINAL RECORDED PLAT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO PLAN SUBMITTAL FOR RESIDENTAL. A COPY OF THE FINAL RECORDED PLAT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO APPROVAL IN ENUMERATIONS DEPARTMENT ON ANY COMMERCIAL PLANS SUBMITTAL.

3. This project has exposure to the floodplain and will require compliance with RBC 313 please contact Keith Curtis Floodplain Administrator keith@pprbd.org for Questions related to RBC 313.
The note on the plat regarding the floodplain should be labeled as a Floodplain Statement on the front page for the plat. This area is an “Approximate A Zone” which should be labeled has 100 year floodplain in the statement as well.

The final plat and geologic hazard plat note are consistent with the recommendations in Kumar's 11/14/2008 Geology and Soils Study, and Colorado Geological Survey's 4/9/2010 review comments.
