Engineer Review Ver2

CDOT Access Permit Applications have been sent to the County Engineer for review and endorsement and will be forwarded to CDOT once complete.
CDOT HWY Access Manager was supplied with the unsigned access permit applications for early CDOT review and processing to ensure the review was not delayed. CDOT indicated ~two weeks for review of the applications.

The access permit application for New Meridian Rd access is unlikely to be signed by the County Engineer as jurisdiction for New Meridian belongs to the City of Colorado Springs. Please coordinate with the City for endorsement of that specific permit application.

Please address outstanding comments and redlines detailed in Engineer Review Ver1. on the following documents.

This proposed change is located within the Woodmen Road Metropolitan District boundaries. The District assess' planting and building permit fees for new development within the District Boundaries, the District also assess' a mill levy on property within the District Boundaries.

This proposed change to re-zone will not be impacted by the fees associated in the District.
