CGS's 4/29/2019 review comments therefore remain valid: The site is not exposed to any geologic hazards that would preclude the proposed residential use and density. CGS agrees with Entech (4/2/2019 and 6/13/2005) that the primary development constraint in the area of Filings 1 and 2 is artificial/uncontrolled fill. 2. For assignment of addressing for lots and tracts, place (xxx) where they are intended to be utilized. Lot marker placement to be front door.

3. Provide a 100 scale copy or larger of the entire APPROVED development to this department so that addressing can be assigned. Once received, the DP will be placed on a list to be addressed. Enumerations has received the larger scale copy-please notify me once the DP is approved for addressing.

4. An email from El Paso/Teller County 9-1-1 Authority, reserving the street name is required to be emailed to the Enumerations department. Amy@pprbd.org Just need an okay that COURT is valid suffix for Jazzy Lady street name.

Trails and Open Space Coalition

Thank you for this chance to comment.
The plans refer to a city owned trail on the west side of the property.
Looking through city park and trail records, I can find no mention of the "railroad trail".
As this is an amenity referred to by the developer, I'd like to see a correction.
We are delighted the developer plans to connect internal sidewalks with an external system trail.
But hope that can really be accompllished.
