Enumerations has the following comments: 1. Typically each building that is detached will receive a separate address, these buildings are existing. Main lodge 1865 Woodmoor Drive. From west, south to east the remaining buildings are numbered 1-4. When submitting building plans to RBD utilize this information on plans for permit. 2. Trash enclosure fencing & perimeter fencing does not meet the requirement to be permitted, nor address assigned. 3. Enumerations does not review for short stay facilities for secondary addressing. Room numbering for the facility will be reviewed and approved by the local Fire Department. Floodplain has no comment. |
