Per LDC 5.2.37 Outside Storage: areas of outside storage shall be enclosed and concealed by a solid fence or wall at least 6' in height. Chainlink fence with slats is not considered solid. Please propose alternative fencing to screen any areas of outside material, vehicle, or equipment storage.

The proposed development to the south is also being required to comply with this requirement.

Please refer to the comment on ADR 19-004 regarding the setback along Terminal. A 50' setback is required and a reduction to 24.5' exceed that which can be approved as administrative relief. Resolution of this will require BOA approval or redesign to comply with the Code. This needs to be resolved before the special use is approved because the exhibit approved with the special use shall reflect compliance with the regulations of the Land Development Code. 10/1/2019 7:20:29 PM
