The sign plan does not show the location of the sign. 3. The letter of intent does not include a request for an alternative landscaping plan with justification. 4. The site plan does not show the dimensions from the property line to structures, the average parking space size, include the ADA note, or an ADA route. 5. The proper application has not been submitted. Please submit the type C application. 6. No further comment. Floodplain has the following comments: 1. There is a large amount of floodplain on the property.
