1. The letter of intent should outline the number of parking spaces provided with justification for why this number is appropriate. 2. The sign plan does not show the location of the sign. 3. The letter of intent does not include a request for an alternative landscaping plan with justification. 4. The site plan does not show the dimensions from the property line to structures, the average parking space size, include the ADA note, or an ADA route. 5. The proper application has not been submitted. Please submit the type C application. 6. Additional comments and redlines may be provided upon receipt of the PCD Engineering review. |

Enumerations has the following comments: 1. 1000 Maxwell Street was assigned for temp service: is the service still active? 1026 Maxwell Street was assigned to existing building. 2. No further comment. Floodplain has the following comments: 1. There is a large amount of floodplain on the property. If any new structures are proposed in the future floodplain department would need to see the floodplain overlay on the lots. There is 100 year floodplain on 65041-03-008 only. |
