1. The assigned address for these lots will not change due to the change in lot lines created by this plat. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to recording for addressing, street names, title block and floodplain statement. No Enumerations fee will be due as all of the addresses are existing.
2. Provide a copy of the final recorded plat for our records.
