Letter of Intent currently states "no parking on ROW access road". Please clarify in the letter of intent that parking will not be permitted in the public ROW of Holmes Road.
Reviewer does not understand "access" road, please clarify or remove statement. Please confirm you have an easement to access your property through the two private parcels north. El Paso County does not provide access permits from public ROW that cross through private parcels (unless you have easements). You must access directly to Holmes Road, unless you have easements through those adjacent parcels. Please provide the county with copies of those easements. Note: If by the term "access" road you mean the access from the north, El Paso County does not regulate parking on private property (your improvement location certification is not a legal document to claim that this is ROW).

Adjacent property owner notification to "Flying Horse" not sent to the owner of the parcel. See land.elpasoco.com for the mailing address of the property owner of the parcel of land to the Northwest of subject parcel.

Property owner to the Southwest of the parcel at 14350 Holmes Road was not notified. Please resubmit the entire file with both of these adjacent property owners included.
