Regarding a request for approval of a Subdivision Exemption, Enumerations and Floodplain have no objection. The proposed second residence will require a separate address. The applicant should contact Enumerations prior to submitting building plans for review/permit in order to establish this address.

Application
1. The description of the request should include requesting a subdivision exemption.
2. Please confirm the application was electronically signed by Leisle Chung.
Exemption Document
1. The drawing requests two separate parcels are created. The letter of intent and application all indicate a request to legalize the one existing parcel. Please revise drawing to include the one requested parcel with the subdivision exemption. The creation of an additional lot would require the county subdivision process and not a subdivision exemption.
2. Although this action is not a subdivision, please add all easements shown in the title commitment.
General
1. Should the request be approved by the BoCC, the applicant will need to provide the signed Mylar and recording fee, which PCD will send to the Clerk and Recorder for deposit.
2. Redlines will be uploaded upon completion of the PCD engineering division.
