1. If the request is approved, it will only be approved for what is being requested. If you go beyond what is included in the letter of intent, site plan, or violate a condition of approval, the BoCC may revoke the special use approval. 2. Please add dimensions to the property line for the guest house (setbacks). 3. Please upload the letter that was sent to the neighbors in addition to the certified mail stubs. Remember when uploading that the new item will override the old item. 4. The title commitment supplied does not appear to be the full title commitment. It should contain all incumbrancers on the property (easements, past legal actions, plat, etc.). 5. The request is for until March 2018. If the resubmission is received within 2 weeks, or by December 11, the anticipated BoCC hearing date would be 01/23. Are you almost done with the work? |
