Please note The SWMP, ESQCP, & GEC for the individual plats and the new owners must be provided to be in conformance with the storm water requirements. Applicant should provide these docs prior to sale of lots. There is concern regarding underdrain as being identified with no clean outs. As-builts are anticipated prior to preliminary acceptance of the road improvements.

THE Emergency Road cd's need to be revised per comments in addition to the signatures requested on the overall plat subdivision CDS. Please sign and stamp ALL docs being requested in EDARP for approval.
