1. The application type should be for a minor site development plan and not a co-location as the carrier is already onsite. 2. Please submit a site plan that shows all property boundaries, improvements, and the dimensions from the tower to the property line. 3. The use and collateral for the removal of the tower are both still active and valid. (AL-08-013) |

Regarding a request for approval of an upgrade to an existing cell site, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. The included paperwork states the address as 303 North Gate Rd. The correct address is 303 North Gate Blvd. Plan pages should be corrected to show this address. Floodplain has no comment or objection to this submittal.
