Review 4:
Per CDOT comment, make the appropriate changes to the proposed riprap. Once CDOT comments have been resolved submit signed documents for approval. Also, proof of CDOT access permit is required for approval.

The engineering comment on the site plan has been resolved.

The Development is entering into an CDOT Access Permit via El Paso County to document the the Hydraulic flows to SH21B/Powers Blvd and Galley Rd. The permit will document the improvements and flows to this location. Changes to the proposed Rip Rap for dissipation of storm flows is required. 8/11/2020 1:25:42 PM
